Spicy Roasted Chicken Legs

24 chicken legs
1 T hot salt
1 cup utter
Melt 2 sticks of butter in a saucepan. Pour 1/2 cup of lemon juice (fresh or bottled). Now add hot salt. Stir together until combined.
Rinse and pat your chicken legs dry and with metal tongs transfer them, one by one to the butter mixture and place them on a baking sheet. When all of the chicken legs are coated and on the baking rack. With a pastry brush, give them one last coating of the butter mixture. sprinkle them with more of the hot salt.
Place them inot a 44 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove when they are golden brown.
