1 can eagle brand sweet and condensed milk
1 lg can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups mini marshmallows
Mix all ingredients together, chill for 1-2 hours

Deluxe Strawberry Shortcake
1 pkg (18 1/4oz.) yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Filling:
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 carton (8oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into two greased and floured 9in. round baking pans.
Bake at 35o degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Place one cake on a serving plate; top with half of the cream cheese mixture and strawberries. Repeat layers. Store in refrigerator. Makes 12 servings.
Strawberry Pudding Salad
I love this salad. It is perfect for summertime and tastes so good.
Strawberry Pudding Salad
1 lg container vanilla yogurt
1 lg pkg dry instant vanilla pudding
1 med container coolwhip
1 carton strawberries
Mix yogurt and pudding until smooth. Add coolwhip (it is best if you let it soften a little bit) mix until smooth. Slice strawberries and fold them into the mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Apple Berry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips
Cinnamon Chips
4 flour tortillas
1 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Salsa
2 medium Granny smith apples
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 small orange
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. apple jelly
Preheat oven 400. For chips, lightly spray tortillas with water. Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over tortillas, cut into 8 wedges and bake 8 to 10 min. Cool completely.
For salsa, peel, core and slice apples and chop into pieces. Slice strawberries and chop kiwi. Place fruit in a bowl. Zest orange and juice orange and add to fruit. Add brown sugar and jelly. mix gently.
Serve with cinnamon chips.

Fruit Pizza
1 pkg. (20 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies, sliced
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruit, such as sliced kiwi, strawberries, blueberries and drained, canned mandarin orange segments
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Arrange cookie dough slices in single layer in prepared pan; press together to form crust. Bake 14 minutes; cool. Invert onto serving plate; carefully remove foil. Invert on large serving plate or tray so crust is right-side-up.
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread over crust.
ARRANGE fruit over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 2 hours. Cut into 12 wedges to serve. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
