1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbls sugar
3 Tbls butter
5 8oz. pkgs cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 Tbls flour
1 Tbls vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
Combine first 3 ingredients. Press firmly on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla. Beat with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream and mix well. Add one egg at a time mixing well after each egg. Pour into prepared crust. Bake for 1 hour or until center is almost set. Do not overcook, will taste cheesy if overcooked instead of sweet. Set out and cool, refrigerate. Do not remove spring form until completely cool.
